The only legally binding terms governing any transaction with WatchFund are those set forth in the executed Investment Agreement (“IA”). The IA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior statements, representations, or information provided on the WatchFund website or in any other materials, which are non-binding and for general informational or promotional purposes only

Potential purchasers should carefully review the IA and seek independent legal, tax, and financial advice before entering into any transaction. WatchFund makes no representation or warranty as to the suitability of any timepiece for investment purposes, and all purchases are made at the client’s sole risk. Clients should only participate if they can afford to lose the entire amount paid for any timepiece

By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept the above terms and confirm your understanding that WatchFund’s role is limited to the sale of timepieces as described in the IA, with no ongoing management, custody, or fiduciary obligations.
